This policy describes how Island Realtors, Inc. (“Island Realtors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) communicates with prospective and current clients and website visitors. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which describes the personal information we collect and how we use it.
When you submit a form, request a showing or valuation, create an account, or otherwise contact us, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, and details about your real estate needs. We use this information to respond to you, to provide the services you request, and — where permitted — to send you relevant updates. We do not sell your contact information.
By providing your telephone number and requesting that we contact you, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Island Realtors, Inc. and our agents at that number regarding your inquiry and the real estate services you requested. For any marketing or promotional calls or texts sent using an autodialer or prerecorded/artificial voice, we will obtain your prior express written consent as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and its implementing rules.
